Appear at this Court to Answer to his s.d Lordship on the Information afd And that
if in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour And now at this
Court the s.d Nathaniel haveing Appeared as afd And no Cause being Shewn
to the Contrary the same Recognizance is Discharged            also

    Mathew Howard and Isaac Perkins ^Jun.r^ both of Kent County planters
had Entered into Recognizance at last Court in the Sume of five pounds Sterl
^money^ Each to be leveyed &c.a for the use of his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this
province his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Nathaniel Pearce Should
not appear at the then next Court to Answer to his s.d Lordship on the Information
afd And if that in the mean time he Should not be of good behav.r
And now at this Court the s.d Nath.l haveing Appeared as afd And no pson
Shewing any Cause to the Contrary the s.d Mathew and Isaac their Recogniz.cs
and Either of them be Discharged

    John Porter of Kent County planter had Entered Into Recognizance last Court
in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money to be leveyed &c.a for the use of
his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this province his heirs &c.a Conditionally
that if his wife Katherine Should not appear at the then next Court as
a Prosecutor against the afd Nath.l Pearce On Account of Assaulting her y.e
afd Katherine And now at this Court the s.d Katherine haveing appeared
And no pson Shewing any Cause to the Contrary the s.d John his Recognizance
is Discharged

    October y.e 6.th 1724
                                        John Devnish Entered into Recognizance before M.r Thomas
Ringgold one of the Justices of Kent County for his appearance to this Court as an
Evidence against Ann Macneal And now at this Court the s.d John Haveing
appeared Ord.r that his Recognizance be Discharged

    John Devnish at that Day & Year afd before the afd Tho.s Ringgold acknowledged
himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this province in
the Sume of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his Goods & Chattels Lands
or Tenements Conditionally that if the s.d John Should not make his personall
appearance at our next November Court to be held to be held for s.d County then and
to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf ag.st Ann Mackneal and Now at this Court
y.e s.d John haveing app.rd to y.e same, his Recognizance is Discharged
