367 On the Day & year last said that he hath Executed the Punishm.t in the afd Judgment & hath here the said Mary Buryman before the Court Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keep the said Mary in Safe Custody untill the officers of this Court She Shall Satisfie Afterwards Jn.o Tuck assumes to pay the Costs as afd Jam.s Smith Clk
forty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Should not make his psonall appearance at the then next ^March^ for felony Stealing One godd of Certain Jn.o Ridson of said County that in the mean time he be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the ninteenth Day of March / the time to which he was bound / Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and twenty seven the said Philemon having appeared his recognizance is Discharged Benj.a Pearce of Cæcill County Gentl And Peter Massey of Kent County planter at Nov.r Court last being the twenty first Day of said month in the year afd last mentioned Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Each Sterling Money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands & Tenem.ts for the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the said Philemon Church Shall not make his psonall appearance at the then next March Court to answer unto what Shall be Objected against him On his Lordships behalf on the Indictment afd & that in the mean time to be of good behaviour and now at this Court here to wit the ninteenth Day of March / the time to which he was bound / Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty seven The afd Philemon having appeared the said Benj.a Pearce and Peter Massy their recognizance is Discharged John Browning of Kent County Planter at Nov.r Court Last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittaine to be made & Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Should not make his |
