And twenty seven came the afd Mary Willson in her proper pson and
relinquishing her averm.t afd by her above pretended and thereupon
cometh the afd Tench Francis his Lordship the right Honourable the
Lord prop.ry Attry to prosecute for his said Lordship in this Court as
also the afd Mary Willson in her proper pson & Saith that she
Cannot gainsay the Information afd so as aforesaid against him
brought nor but that she is guilty of the psses above upon her
Imposed as by the afd Information it is alledged & thereupon
Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court
house in the town of Chester in said County this ninteenth day of
March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty seven that the said
Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is do recover against
the afd Mary Willson the sum of two hundred pounds of tob.o
as a fine for her offence afd in form afd Confest according to the
force form and Effect in the law in Such Case made and
provided & also it is Considered that the said Mary Willson pay
the sum of three hundred Eighty & Six pounds of tob.o Costs accruing
on the psses afd to the officers of this Court &c.a

in his proper person doth Come here into Kent County Court
at new Town in Kent County afd the twentieth Day of June Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty seven and for the same Lord
prop.ry doth give the Court here to understand and be informd that
William Wood of Shrewsbury Parish in Kent County afd planter
the twelfth Day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
twenty & seven at the parish afd in the County afd within the
Jurisdiction of this Court wittingly and willingly did deal with
and receive of and from a Certain Negro Stephen the proper
Slave of Gilbert Falconar of the parish & County afd Gentlem.n
/ which said Gilbert then & long before was and yet is an
