    Makes return on the Day & year last said that he hath Executed
the said Jugm.t and also hath here the said Ellis Foulks before the Court

afd Ellis Folks in his Custody untill he shall pay the fees afd

Honourable the Lord propry that now is for the
body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do
psent that Mary Willson of Saint pauls
parish in the County afd the wife of John Willson Inholder
the first Day of March Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty
and Seven at the parish afd in the County afd within the
Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Mary Sherman
in the peace of God and of the said Lord propry then &
there being with force and Arms an assault did make and
her the said Mary Sherman then and there did beat wound and
Evilly treat so that of her life it was much Dispared and other
harms to her then & there did to the great Damage of the
said Mary Sherman and against the peace of the said Lord
prop.ry that now is his good rule & Dignity &c.a
