County afd upon their oath do present that John
Evans of Saint pauls parish in Kent County afd Gentleman the tenth
day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and twenty seven at
the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court
in and upon a Certain John Ambrose in the peace of God and of the
said Lord propry then and there being with force and Arms an Assault
did make and the said John Ambrose then & there did beat wound
and Evilly treat so that of his Life it was much dispaired and
other harmes to him then and there did to the Great damage of
