349 Child on the body of her the said Elizabeth to the high Displeasure of Almighty God to the Evill Example of all others in such Case offending Contrary to the peace of the said Lord propry his good rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in such Case lately made provided &c wherefore the same Attry of the said Lord propry prayeth the advise of the Court here in the premisses for the said Lord Propry and due process of Law in this part to be made against the afd Jacob to Answer unto unto the said Lord Propry of and upon the premisses &c Test Elizab.h Clark T francis Cler. pac. Whereas a writt having issued on the afd Information against the afd Jacob to answer the same The Sherrf of said County to whom the same was directed made return thereof Non Est Inventus The same Jacob living in Cæcill County and no Answer being made to the same Information This Court orders that a Copy be made out in Order to be laid before Cæcill Court that the afd Jacob may be bound over to the afd Kent County Court to answer the same Court adjourns till to Morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock
Ordered that what Summonses the Clerk of Indictments shall desire may issue to the Grand Jury be issued accordingly The Court orders that Frances Body widow of Peter Body, Johannah Hizard & Jane Kennard be Summonsed as Evidences to the Grand Jury That Edw.d Cozens be ssummoned as afd Ordered that Summonses be issued for Thomas Massey, Katharine Massey Peter Massey & Cornelius Comegys as Evidences for his Lopp to the Grand Jury against Mary Wood William Bradshaw and William Curtis sworn and sent as Evid.ces for his Lordpp to the Grand Jury against Thomas Stacey Ordered Summons be issued for John Brown Jun.r and John Brownen as Evidences for his Lordship to the grand Jury |
