343 that in the mean time he shall not be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit November Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty and seven the said William Wood having appeared his Recognizance is Discharged also Peter Massey and George Willson of Kent County planters at August Court last as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain each to be made and Leveyed of their severall goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd William Wood should not make his personall appearance at the then next November Court to answer unto an Information Exhibitted against him for dealing with Negroes and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court to wit the twenty first day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty and seven the said William Wood having appeared the afd Peter Massey and George Wilson their Recognizances are Discharged also William Burk at August Court last as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the afd Lord Proprietary in the sum of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance at the then next November Court as an Evidence against the afd William Wood And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty and seven the afd William Burk having appeared his Recognizance is Discharged also Katherine Burk at August Court last was ordered |
