November Court 1727 Now at this Court here being the twenty first day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty and seven the said Elizabeth Young having appeared ordered that her Suretys Recognizances be Discharged John Young and Abraham Ambrose at August Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord Propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain each to be made & Leveyed of their severall goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth Young should not make her personall appearance at the then next Court and if that in the mean time she should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty and seven the afd Elizabeth Young having appeared the said John Young and Abraham Ambrose their Recognizances are discharged
against him for dealing with Negroes and in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now at this Court the said William having appeared Ordered that his Recognizance and his suretys Recognizances be discharged William Wood of Kent County planter at August Court Last as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord Propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance at the then next November Court to Answer unto an Information Exhibitted against him for dealing with Negroes and if |
