341 William Nevill of Kent County planter at last Court as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance at the then next November Court and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and seven the said William Nevill having appeared his Recognizance is Discharged James Wyatt and John Nevill at last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord Propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain each to be made & Leveyed of their Severall goods and Chattles Lands and tenem.ts for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd William Nevill should not make his personall appearance at the then next Court and that if in the mean time he should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of Nov.r Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and seven the said William Nevill having appeared the afd James Wyatt and John Nevill their Recognizances are discharged Ordered by the Court here that the Sherrf of Kent County keep him the said William Nevill in safe Custody untill he shall Sattisfie his fees amounting to the sum of one hundred and Ninety pounds of Tobacco
