    Also it is Considered that the said Thomas Stacey pay the sum
of four hundred Seventy one pounds of Tobacco Costs accruing
on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here at this Day to wit the Day and Year
Last mentioned that the Sherrf of Kent County take the afd Thomas
Stacey into his Custody and Execute the punishment in the Judgm.t
afd Specefied and afterwards to bring him into Court again

    Of which precept the said Sherrf to wit John Gresham Gent high
Sherrf of Kent County makes return on the day and year last said
that he hath Executed the said Judgment and also hath here the
said Thomas Stacey before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherrf of Kent County
keep him the said Thomas Stacey in safe Custody untill he shall
sattisfie the four fold and the sum of four hundred seventy one
pounds of Tobacco Costs in the Judgment afd Specefyed

    And now here afterwards to wit the day and year afd
Comes into Court the afd William Bradshaw prosecuter for his
Lordship and Relinquisheth the four fold afd and thereupon the afd
Thomas Stacey is therefrom acquitted

    Edward Cousens of Kent County Weaver comes into Court &
proves on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God that he hath attended
this Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Thomas
Stacey for the space of two days being thereto Lawfully Summoned

    Whereupon the said Thomas Stacey is ordered to pay to the afd
Edward Cousens the sum of Sixty pounds of Tobacco for his attendance
as afd according to Act of Assembly in such Case Lately made and provided

for his appearance at the then next
November Court and in the mean time to be of good behav.r
