337 twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven that the afd Mary Wilson as to the Indictment afd she go thereof without Day and be therefrom acquitted Also it is Considered that the said Mary Wilson pay the sum of three hundred Ninety and Eight pounds of Tobacco Costs accruing on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk
answer unto an Indictment found against her for feloniously stealing of seven Dunghill fowles and in the mean time to be of good behaviour Thereupon John Wilson of Kent County Taylor at August Court last being the Day and year afd did acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Spareman shall not make her personall appearance at the then next November Court to answer unto an Indictment found against ^her^ for Stealing seven dunghill fowles and if that in the mean time she should not be of good behaviour wherewith the same John is Content And now at this Court here to wit this twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and seven the afd Mary Spareman having appeared the said John Wilson his Recognizance is discharged Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their oath do present that Mary Spareman Late of Saint pauls parish in the County afd the Servant of John Wilson of the same County Inn-holder the tenth day of July Anno Dom Seventeen |
