335 and he who followeth for the Lord proprietary saith she is Guilty T francis p Lord propry And now here afterwards to wit the day and year afd Comes the afd Mary Wilson in her proper person and relinquesheth the plea afd and saith that she Cannot gainsay the Indictm.t afd so as afd against her brought nor but that she is guilty of the premisses above upon her Imposed as by the afd Indictm.t it is alleadged and thereupon Submitts to the Court Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Kent County this twenty first day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven that the afd Mary Wilson pay the sum of two Shillings and Six pence Current Money of Maryland as a fine for her afd offence of Committing an assault and battery in form afd Confest according to Act of Assembly in such Case made Also it is Considered that the said Mary Wilson pay the sum of Ninety two pounds of Tobacco Costs accruing on the psses afd to the Officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk
next Court to Answer unto an Indictment found against her for feloniously Stealing two Geese and one Gander and in the Mean time to be of good behaviour and Thereupon John Wilson of Kent County Taylor at August Court last being y.e day and year afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Wilson should not Make her personall appearance at the then next November Court to answer unto an Indictment found against her for |
