November Court 1727 Mary Cole of Kent County Widow Comes into Court and proves on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God that she hath attended this Court three Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Mary Wilson being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon the said Mary Wilson is ordered to pay to the said Mary Cole the sum of Ninety pounds of Tobacco for her Attendance as afd according to Act of Assembly in such Case Lately made and provided
Kent County afd the wife of John Wilson of the tenth Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred ^and^ twenty seven at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Henry Cully in the peace of God and of the said Lord propry then and there being with force and arms an assault did make and him the said Henry then and there did beat wound and Evilly Treat so that of his Life it was much dispaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the same Henry and Contrary to the peace of the said Lord Prop.ry that now is his good Rule and Government
On the back of the preceeding Indictment was as foll.s viz.t A true bill by Thomas Hynson foreman And the afd Mary Wilson in her proper person Comes and saith that she is in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon her Imposed alleadged and there of she putteth herself upon the Country Mary Wilson in ppia psonas and |
