County afd in the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on y.e
third Teusday of November next ensuing to Answer unto what Shall be
objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time
he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e Said Peter Massey and
George Wilson are Content

    Ordered by the Court here that William Burk Enter into Recognizance for
his appearance at the next Court to give Evidence for his Lordship against y.e
afd W.m Wood Thereupon W.m Burk of Kent County plater and
present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted
unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn
pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of y.e Said Lord prop.ry his
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not make his
personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for
the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same Co.ty
on the third Teusday of Novemb.r next ensueing to give Evidence for his
Lordship against the afd W.m Wood wherewith y.e Said W.m Burk is Content
