317 before the Justices of the then next Court to prosecute on his Lordships behalf the afd Mary Spareman and now here to wit the 16.th Day of August Anno Dom. 1727 the afd Henry Cully haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock
Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements for y.e use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County on the Third Teusday of Novemb.r next Ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the s.d W.m Wood Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Peter Massey and George Wilson both of Kent County and present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain Each to be Leveyed of their Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd W.m Wood Shall not make his personal |
