Ordered by the Court here that y.e afd W.m Wood Enter into
Recognizance with good Security for his appearance at
next Court to answer unto what Shall be objected against him
on his Lordships behalf and Good Behaviour
Thereupon William Wood of Kent County planter and present herein
Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl
money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands &
Tenements for y.e use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if he Shall not make his personal appearance before the
Justices of the next Court to be held for the County on the Third Teusday of Novemb.r
next Ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his
Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of
good Behaviour wherewith the s.d W.m Wood Doth Acknowledge himself
to be Content                                                                also

    Peter Massey and George Wilson both of Kent County and present herein
Court in their proper persons Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto y.e
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds
Sterl money of Great Brittain Each to be Leveyed of their Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs and
Successors Conditionally that if the afd W.m Wood Shall not make his
