M.r George Skirven one ^of^ the Justices of this Court Returns
a Recog.c against the s.d Mary Dated August y.e 14.th 1727
for her appearance at the then next Court to answer unto
what Should be objected against her on his Lordships
behalf and in y.e mean time to be of good Behaviour and now here y.e said
Mary appearing ordered that her Suretys Recognizance be Discharged
John Atwricks of Kent County planter at y.e Day and year afd before the
afd George Skirven Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
Conditionally that if the afd Mary Spearman Should not make her personal
appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held
for Kent County to Answer unto what Should be objected against her on
his Lordships behalf and if that in y.e mean time She Should not be
of good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 16.th Day of August
Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Mary haveing appeared y.e afd John Atwicks his
Recognizance is Discharged

    The afd George Skirven Returns a Recogniz.c of Bowles Green Dated y.e Day
and year afd for y.e appearance of Katherine Bullock at y.e then next Court
as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Mary Spareman and now
here the afd Katherine appearing ordered y.t y.e said Bowles Green his
Recognizance be Discharged                                    Bowles Green of Kent
County planter at y.e Day and year afd before y.e Geo. Skirven Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in y.e
Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Conditionally that if the afd Katherine Should
not make her personal appearance before the Justices of then next Court
to be held for Kent County to Give Evidence for his Lordship against the
afd Mary Spareman and now at this Court to wit y.e 16.th Day of August
Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Katherine haveing appeared y.e afd Bowles Green
his Recog.c is Discharged
