M.r William Frisby one of the Justices of this Court
Returns a Recognizance against y.e s.d Aron Dated July
y.e 17.th 1727 for his appearance at this Court and good
Behaviour and now here y.e afd Aron appearing ordered
that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged
Aron Alford at the Day and year afd before the afd W.m Frisby Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of his province in the
Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Conditionally that if he Should not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next
Court to be held for Kent Co.ty and if that in the mean time he
Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 18.th
Day of August Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Aron Alford haveing appeared
his Recog.c is Discharged

    Francis Barnet of Kent County planter at y.e Day and year afd before
the afd W.m Frisby Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Conditionally
that if the afd Aron Alford Should not make his personal app.rc
before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County
and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour
and now at this Court to wit the 16.th Day of August ^Anno Dom. 1727^ y.e s.d Aron haveing
appeared y.e afd Francis Barney his Reconizance is Discharged

ordered that her Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    John Young and William Mackey both of Kent County at y.e Day & year afd
before y.e afd Abra.m Redgrave W.m Frisby and Geo. Skirven Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in y.e Sume
of twenty pounds Sterling Each Conditionally that if y.e afd Elizabeth Young
Should not make her personal appearance before y.e Justices of the then
next Court to be held for Kent Co.ty and if that in the mean time She Should not
be of good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 16.th Day of August Anno
Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Eliz.a haveing appeared y.e ^afd^ Jn.o Young & W.m Mackey their
Recognizances & Either of them is Discharged
