August Court 1727 herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledges themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of their Several Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd William Nevill Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of November next ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e Said James Wyatt and John Nevill are Content The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of y.e Clock
Bowles Green of Kent County planter at this Court Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling Conditionally that if y.e afd Katherine Should not make her personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the Same now Sitting and if that in y.e mean time ^She^ Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Day to wit y.e 16.th Day of August Anno Dom. 1727 the s.d Katherine haveing appeared the said Bowles Green his Recognizance is Discharged |
