Justices of this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against
him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should
not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth
Day of August Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d William haveing appeared his
Recognizance is Discharged

    George Hanson and William Waltham at the Day and year afd before
the afd George Skirven Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl
Each to be leveyed of their Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if the afd W.m Nevill Should not make his personal app.rc
before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected ag.st
him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should not
be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the 15.th Day of August
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Seven y.e s.d W.m Nevill
haveing appeared y.e said George Hanson and W.m Waltham their Recog.cs
and Either of them is Discharged

Nevill Enter into Recognizance with Good Security
for his appearance at next Court to Answer unto what
Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf
and Good Behaviour                              Thereupon
William Nevill of Kent County planter and present here in Court in his
proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of
this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money
of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in y.e Same County on the third Teusday of November
next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his
Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good
Behaviour wherewith the s.d W.m Nevill Doth Acknowledge himself to
to be Content                                                also

    James Wyatt and John Nevill both of Kent County planters and present
