and assumes to pay all y.e Costs in the Judgment afd Specified and
thereupon y.e s.d Susannah is therefrom Acquitted

Recognizances be Discharged

    Peter Massey Daniel Whaley and William Burk all of Kent County pla^n^ters of
the Day and year afd before y.e afd Tho.s Ringgold and Fred.k Hanson
acknowledged themselves Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of fifteen pounds Sterl each to be Leveyed &c.a
Conditionally that if the afd William Wood and Mary his wife Should
not make their personal appearances before the Justices of this Court
to and Answer unto what Should be objected against them on Suspicion
of felony and if in the mean time they Should not be of Good
Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 22.d Day of June Anno
Dom. 1727 y.e afd W.m Wood and Mary his Wife haveing appeared
y.e s.d Peter Massey Dan.l Whaley and W.m Burk their Recognizances
and Either of them is Discharged

Dealing with Negroes he Comes into Court in his proper
