Gent Attorney of y.e Right Honourable the Lord
prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the
Same Lord prop.ry in this part followeth in his
proper person Doth Come here into Kent County Court at new Town in the
County afd the twentyeth Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty Seven and for the Same Lord prop.ry Doth give the Court
here to understand and be Informed that a Certain Susannah Gallaway
late of Kent County Spinster the first Day of Aprill Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and twenty Seven at S.t pauls parish in the County
afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court Did Commit fornication with
a Certain person to y.e s.d Attry unknown and Did permit the Same
unknown person then and there to have Carnal knowledge of her
Body and to beget then and there a Bastard Child on the Body of the
Same Hannah to the high Displeasure of Almighty God to y.e Evill
Example of all others in Such Case made and provided offending Contrary
to y.e peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his Good  Rule and Government
and against the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made
wherefore y.e s.d Attry of the Same Lord prop.ry for y.e s.d Lord prop.ry
prayeth the advice of the Court here in the premisses and Due process
of Law in this part to be made against the s.d Susannah to Answer the
s.d Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a
