Thereupon Samuel Hudson of Kent County Taylor present here in Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if He Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Sitting and if in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the s.d Samuel Hudson Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Samuel Clark and Oliver Palmer both of Kent County planters and present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of great Brittain Each to be Leveyed of their Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Samuel Hudson Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the Same now Sitting and if in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the s.d Sam.l Clark and Oliver Palmer are Content Ordered by the Court here that y.e Sher of Kent County put Eliz.a Young in the Stocks for y.e Space of quarter of an hour for her Misdemeanors in open Court The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock
