afd Eliz.a Young being thereto Lawfully Sumoned and Bound over Whereupon
the s.d Eliz.a Young is ordered to pay unto the afd John Lux the Sume
of Ninety pounds of Tob.o for his attendance as afd according to Act of
Assembly that Case made and provided

    Thomas Shirman of Kent County Blacksmith Comes into Court and
proves on the holy Evangilist of Almighty God that he has Attended
this Court for the Space of three Days as an Evidence for his Lordship
against the afd Eliz.a Young being thereto Lawfully Sumoned and
Bound over Whereupon the s.d Eliz.a Young is ordered to pay unto the
afd Tho.s Shirman the Sume of Ninety pounds of Tob.o for his Attendance
as afd According to Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keep the afd Eliz.a
Young in Safe Custody untill She Shall Satisfie the fine and fees in the
Judgment afd Specified amounting to y.e Sume of two thousand two
hundred and and Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Eliz.a Young Enter into Recogniz.c
with Good Security for her appearance at next Court and Good Behaviour
and that y.e Sher of Kent County keep her y.e s.d Elizabeth in safe Custody
untill She Shall Enter as afd

prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl
money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods & Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance
before the Justices of our next Court to be held for Kent County at the
Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County to give Evidence for his Lordship
against the afd Philemon Church wherewith y.e s.d Cornelius Comegys
is Content

    Ordered by the Court here that John Brown Jun.r Enter into Recognizance for
his appearance at next Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd
Philemon Church        Thereupon John Brown Jun.r of Kent County
planter and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself
