Advice of the Court here in the premisses and Due process of Law in this part
to be made against the afd Elizabeth to Answer unto the afd Lord prop.ry
of and upon the premisses &c.a                T francis Cler. pac.

Test Fra.s Collins & Uxor, Anne Usherwood
    Esther Weller, John Lux, & Tho.s Shirman

    And the afd Elizabeth Young in her proper person Comes and Saith that
She Cannot gainsay the Information afd so as afd against her brought nor
but that She is guilty of the premisses above upon her Imposed as by the
afd Information it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court
Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here this twenty first Day of June
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Seven that the s.d Elizabeth Young
pay the Sume of one thousand pounds of Tob.o as a fine for her afd offence
in form afd Confest ^According to Act of Assembly in y.t Case made and provided^ as also that She pay the Sume of twelve hundred
and Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco Costs and Charges Accrueing on the
Information afd

    Francis Collins of Kent County Shoemaker Comes into Court and proves on the
holy Evangilist of Almighty God that he has Attended this Court for the Space
of three Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Eliz.a Young
being thereto Lawfully Bound over and Summoned Whereupon the s.d
Eliz.a Young is ordered to pay unto the s.d Francis Collins the Sume of Ninety pounds
of Tob.o for his Attendance as afd According to Act of Assembly in that Case
made and provided

    Anne Collins Comes into Court and proves on the holy Evangilist of Almighty
God that She has Attended this Court for the Space of three Days as an
Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Elizabeth Young being thereto
Lawfully Sumoned and bound over Whereupon the afd Eliz.a Young is
ordered to pay unto the s.d Anne Collins the Sume of Ninety pounds of Tob.o
for her Attendance as afd According to Act of Assembly in that Case made
and provided

    Anne Usherwood Comes into Court in her proper person and proves on the
holy Evangilist of Almighty God that She has Attended this Court for y.e Space
of three Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Eliz.a Young
being thereto Lawfully Bound over and Sumoned Whereupon the s.d
Eliz.a Young is ordered to pay unto y.e s.d Anne Usherwood y.e Sume of Ninety
