Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Seven y.e afd John haveing
appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    The afd Abraham Redgrave Returns a Recognizance of Tho.s Shirmans
for his appearance at this Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd
Eliz.a Young Dated June y.e 8.th 1727 and now here the afd Tho.s appearing
ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged

    Thomas Shirman of Kent County Blacksmith at y.e Day and year
afd before the afd Abra.m Redgrave Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five
pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make
his personal appearance before the Justices of this to Give Evidence for
his Lordship ag.st the afd Eliz.a Young and now at this court to wit y.e
20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e afd Tho.s haveing appeared be
his Recognizance is Discharged

    The afd Abraham Redgrave Returns a Recognizance of Essex Weller
for his wife Easter's appearance at this Court as a prosecutor for
his Lordship against the afd Eliz.a Young Dated June y.e 8.th 1727 and
now here y.e afd Easter appearing ordered that y.e s.d Essex Weller his
Recognizance be Discharged

    Essex Weller of Kent County play Acter at the Day and year afd
before the afd Abra.m Redgrave Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of
twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be leveyed &c.a Conditionally
that if his wife Easter Should not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of this Court to prosecute on his Lordships behalf
the afd Eliz.a Young and now at this Court to wit the 20.th Day of June Anno
Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Easter haveing appeared y.e afd Essex Weller his Recogniz.c
is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that Informations be Exhibited against Eliz.a
Young and W.m Lashey

    Ordered by the Court here that M.r Tench Francis Clk of Indictments
Exhibit Informations against those persons that have or may be proved
the ffather of Base born Children Dureing this Court
