291 of Great Brittain ^to be Levey'd &c.a^ Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before y.e Justices of this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court ^to wit y.e 20.th Day of June 1727^ y.e afd W.m haveing appeared his Recogniz.c is Discharged also Abraham Ambrose and Edward Worrell both of Kent County at y.e Day and year afd before y.e afd John Evans Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain ^both^ to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if y.e afd W.m Lashey Should not make his personal appearance before the y.e Justices of this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court ^to wit the 20.th Day of June 1727^ y.e afd W.m haveing appeared y.e s.d Abra.m Ambrose & Edward Worrell their Recognizances and either of them is Discharged
and now here the s.d Francis and Ann his wife and Ann Usherwood appearing ordered that y.e afd Fra.s Collins his Recogniz.c be Discharged Francis Collins of Kent County Shoemaker at y.e Day and year afd before y.e afd Abraham Redgrave Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he, his wife Ann, and Ann Usherwood Should not make their personal appearance before the Justices of this Court to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Eliz.a Young and now here at this Court to wit the 20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e afd Francis Collins and his wife Ann and Ann Usherwood haveing appeared y.e s.d Fra.s Collins his Recog.c is Discharged M.r Abraham Redgrave as afd Returns a Recognizance of John Lux for his appearance at this Court as an Evidence for his Lordship ag.st the afd Eliz.a Young Dated June y.e 8.th 1727 and now here y.e afd John appearing ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged John Lux of Kent County Taylor at the Day and year afd before y.e afd Abra.m Redgrave Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Eliz.a Young and now here at this Court to wit y.e twentyeth Day of June Anno |
