June Court 1727 to wit the twentyeth Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d W.m Bonner haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged James Smith of Kent County pla^n^ter at the Day and year afd before the afd George Skirven Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd W.m Bonner Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Should be objected against him on Suspicion of ^felony^ the mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e afd W.m Bonner haveing appeared y.e s.d James Smith his Recog.c is Discharged Ordered that Katherin Hopkins Recog.c as an Evid.c be Discharged Katherin Hopkins of Kent County Spinster at the Day & year afd before the afd George Skirven Acknowledged herself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl to be Levey of her Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if She Should not make her personal appearance before the Justices of this Court to against the afd W.m Bonner and now at this Court to wit y.e 20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e afd Katherin haveing appeared her Recognizance is Discharged Ordered that Rich.d Foulstons Recog.c as prosecutor be Discharged Richard Foulston of Kent County Cooper at the Day and year afd before the afd George Skirven Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed of his Good & Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before y.e Justices of this Court to prosecute on his Lordships behalf the afd W.m Bonner and now at this Court ^to wit y.e 20.th Day of June 1727^ afd Richard haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged
