said Lordship have thereof Execution against the s.d Daniel Pearce &
Gideon Pearce Also it is Considered that the s.d Daniel and Gideon pay
the Sume of twenty Eight pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the
premisses afd to y.e Clerk of this Court

May Anno Dom 1727 before the afd James Wilson Jun.r Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of five pounds Sterling to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally
that if he Should not make his personal appearance before y.e
Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County to give
Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Philemon Church and now
at this Court to wit the twentyeth Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e
said John appearing his Recognizance is Continued untill the third
Teusday of August next

    John Wridson of Kent County planter on the Seventeenth Day of
May Anno Dom. 1727 before the afd James Wilson Jun.r Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of thirty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally
that if he Should not make his personally appearance before the Justices
of the then next Court to be held for Kent County to
^prosecute^ a Certain Philemon Church on his Lordships befalf and now at this
Court to wit the 20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 the said John
appearing his Recognizance is Continued untill the third Teusday
of August next

and his Suretys Recog.c be Discharged

    W.m Bonner of Kent County Labourer at y.e Day and year afd before y.e
afd George Skirven A^c^knowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl
to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his person.l
appearance before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what Should
be objected against him on Suspicion of felony and if that in the
mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this Court
