29 Ordered That Andrew Guyer Enter into Recognizance for his appearance and his wife's appearance to next Court as prosecutors ag.st y.e s.d Wilson and Uxor Thereupon Andrew Guyer of Kent County planter present herein Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of five pounds Current money of Maryland to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord Prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if He and his afd wife Joan Shall not make their personall appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Teusday of November next Ensueing As prosecutors for his said Lordship ag.st John Wilson and Uxor on account of Assaulting them the s.d Andrew and Joan where with the said Andrew is Content
appears thereupon it is ordered to be Discharged Henry Spencer of Kent County planter at the Day and Year afd before the afd William Comegys acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the sume of twenty pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not appear at this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against him for Killing a Hogg on Sunday and now here at this Court the said Henry appears to the same Recognizance and Thereupon it is Discharged |
