against them the same John & Uxor for Assaulting Andrew Guyer and
John Uxor and if that in the mean time they the same John & Uxor Shall
not be of good behaviour where with the same Maurice Carly & Thomas
Mahawn are Content

    Ordered that Christian Cully give Security for her appearance
to next Court as an Evidence against the said John Wilson and Uxor

    Thereupon Henry Cully of Kent County Innholder present herein
Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in y.e
sume of five pounds Current money of Maryland to be made and
Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the
said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if Christian
Cully Shall not make her personall appearance before the Justices of
the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in the same County on the Third Tuesday of Novemb.r next
Ensueing to Give Evidence for his Said Lordship against John Wilson
and Uxor on Account of Assaulting a Certain Andrew Guyer &
Joan his wife where with the said Henry Cully is Content

    Ordered that James Watson Enter into Recognizance for
his appearance To next ^Court^ as an Evidence against the said John Wilson
and Uxor

    Thereupon James Watson of Kent County planter psent
here in Court in his proper person Doth acknowledg himself Indebted
unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryl.d
&c.a in the sume of five pounds Current money of Maryland to be
