August Court 1724 John Greenwood Sen.r of Kent County planter at the same Day of July Anno Domini 1724 before the same William Comegys acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto the said Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if Henry Spencer Should not make his personall appearance at the Co.rt to Answer as afd Whereupon for that the said Henry haveing appeared the said John's Recognizance is Discharged Lydia Chick of Kent County Spinster at the same Day of July Anno Domini 1724 before the same William Comegys acknowledged herself Indebted unto the said Lord prop.ry in the sume of tenn pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if She Should not make her personal appearance at this Co.rt as an Evidence against the said Henry Spencer and now at this Court the said Lidea appears and thereupon her s.d Recognizance is Discharged John Brisco of Kent County planter at the same Day of July Anno Domini 1724 before the same William Comegys acknowledged himself Indebted unto the said Lord prop.ry in y.e Sum of five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if Lydia Chick Should not make her personal appearance at this Court as an Evidence ag.st the said Henry Spencer and now at this Court the s.d Lidea appears and thereupon if s.d John Brisco's Recognizance is Discharged Ordered by the Court here that the afd Henry Spencer enter into Recognizance with good Security for his appearance at next Court To answer unto what shall be Objected against him the same Henry On his said Lordships behalf on Suspicion of killing a Certain hogg on Sunday the Nineteenth of July last and be of good behavur Thereupon Henry Spencer of Kent County planter present here |
