Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great
Brittain Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal app.rc
before y.e Justices of the then next June Court and if that in the
mean time he Should not be of good Behav.r And now at this Court
to wit y.e 20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d James haveing
appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    Robert Green and John Wilson both of Kent County at last Court as
afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ^tenn^ twenty pounds Sterling Each Conditionally
that if y.e afd Jam.s Watson Should not make his personal app.rc
before the Justices of the then next June Court and if that in y.e mean
time he Should not be of Good Behav.r and now at this Court to wit y.e
20.th Day of June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d James haveing appeared
y.e s.d Rob.t Green and John Wilson their Recognizances and either
of them is Discharged

The s.d Edward Harris haveing Entered into Recogniz.c
at last March Court for his appearance at this
Court to Answer unto an Information for Extortion
of fees and good Behav.r and now at this Court
the s.d Edward appearing ordered that his Recogniz.c and his Suretys
Recognizances be Discharged

    Edward Harris of Kent County Gent. At last Court as afd Acknowledg'd
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of thirty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd
of his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
he Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the
then next Court to be held for s.d County to Answer unto an Information
for Extortion of fees and if that in the mean Time he Should not
be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e 20.th Day of June
Anno Dom. 1727 the s.d Edward haveing appeared his Recognizance
is Discharged

    John Young and Daniel Flinn both of Kent County at last Court as
afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in y.e Sume of fifteen pounds Sterling Each to be Levey'd
of their Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that
if y.e afd Edward Harris Should not make his personall appearance
