    Andrew Clements of Cæcill County planter ^at last Court as afd^ Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto y.e s.d Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements Conditionally that if he Should not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of this Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship
against the afd Thomas Jones and now at this Court to wit y.e 20.th Day of
June Anno Dom. 1727 y.e s.d Andrew haveing appeared his Recognizance
