Conditionally that if he and his wife Should not appear at this Court as
prosecutors against the said John Wilson and Uxor on Account of
Assaulting them as afd and now at the same Court the said Andrew and
Uxor appear and thereupon the said Andrew's Recognizance is Discharged
Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd John Wilson and Uxor Enter
into Recognizance with good Security for their appearance at next Court to
answer unto what Shall be Objected against them for assaulting Andrew
Guyer and Joan his wife, and be of good behaviour

    And Thereupon John Wilson of Kent County Innholder psent
herein Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto
the Right Honble the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland his heirs
and Successors in the sume of tenn pounds Current money of Maryland
to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the same John Wilson and Mary his wife shall not appear
before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of Nov.br
next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against them the same
John & Ux.r for Assaulting Andrew Guyer & Joan Uxor and if that in the
mean time they Shall not be of good behaviour where with the said
John Doth acknowledge himself to be Content            also

    Maurice Carly ^Innholder^ and Thomas Mahawn ^planter^ both of Kent County afd
herein Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves
Indebted unto the Right Honble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
&c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
made and Leveyed of their Severall goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd John Wilson and Mary his wife Shall not make their
personall appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the
County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on
the third Tuesday of November next ^Ensueing^ to answer unto what Shall be objected
