Discharged John Wilson of Kent County Innholder all the Day and year afd before the afd Simon Wilmer acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord Prop.ry of this Province in the sume of ten pounds Sterling money to be levye'd &c.a Conditionally that if he and his afd wife Should not appear at this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against them for Assaulting a Certain Andrew Guyer & Joan his wife and now here at this Court the said John Wilson &c.a appear To the same Recognizance and thereupon it is Discharged James Watson of Kent County planter at the same s.d Day of July Anno Domini 1724 before the same Simon Wilmer acknowledged himself Indebted unto the said Lord prop.ry in the sume of ten pounds Sterling money to be levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John Wilson and Uxor Should not appear and answer as afd, Whereupon for that the said John And Uxor have appeared the said James's Recogniz.c is Discharged James Watson, and George Hastins for Christian Cully at the same Time afd Entered into Recognizance in the Sume of five pound Sterling Each before the same Simon Wilmer to be levey'd &c.a Conditionally at the then next Court to be held for said County as Evidences against the afd John Wilson and Uxor and now at this Court the said James and Christian appear and thereupon y.e afd James Watsons Recognizance and George Hastins for Christian Cully and every of them are Discharged Andrew Guyer at the same time afd before the afd Simon Wilmer Entered into Recognizance in the Sume of five pound Sterling to be levey'd &c.a |
