Thereupon Andrew Clements of Cæcil County planter and present here
in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money
of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for y.e use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if he
