William Haggarty
M.r Abraham Redgrave and M.r George
Skirven of the Justices of this Court return
a Recognizance of William Haggarty afd
with Suretys for the said Williams appearance and good behaviour at this Court
to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lopps behalf bearing
date December 19.th 1726.  And now here at this Court the said William Haggarty
having appeared Ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance
be discharged

    The afd William Haggarty the Day and Year afd ^before the afd Abraham Redgrave & Geo: Skirven^ acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord propry of this province of
Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
made and Levyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use
of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he should not
make his personall appearance at this Court to Answer unto what should be Objected
against him on his Lodships behalf, and in the mean time to be of good behav.r
And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of March Anno Dom seventeen
hundred twenty & six the said William Haggarty having appeared his Recognizance
is discharged

    John Gilbert and William Smithers at the day and year afd before the afd
Abraham Redgrave and George Skirven Acknowledged themselves Indebted
unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of tenn pounds
Sterling Each to be made and Leveyed on their goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd William Haggarty should not make his personall appearance at
this Court to answer unto what should be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behaviour And now
at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of March Anno Dom seventeen
hundred twenty & six the afd William Haggarty having appeared the said John
Gilbert and William Smithers their Recognizances ^are^ discharged

    M.r Abraham Redgrave and M.r George Skirven afd return a Recognizance
of William Beck with Suretys bearing Date the 19.th of December Anno Dom 1726
as a prosecutor for his Lordship against the said William Haggarty and now at
this Court here the said William Beck having appeared Ordered that his Recognizance
and his Suretys Recognizance and either of them be discharged

    William Beck of Kent County planter the Day and Year afd before the
afd Abraham Redgrave and Geo: Skirven acknowledged himself Indebted unto
the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterl
money to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the
use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he
should not make his personall appearance at this Court as a prosecutor
for his Lordships against the afd William Haggarty And now at this Court here
the to wit twenty first Day of March Anno Dom seventeen hundred
