Edward Harris afd at Queen Anns County Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord propry of this province
of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to
be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles ^Lands & Tenem.ts^ for the use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the said Edward shall not make
his personall appearance before the Justices of Kent County afd On the third
Teusday of November next ^and good behaviour^ Att which said third Tuesday of November the
said Edward Harris having appeared Ordered that his Recognizance and
his Suretys Recognizance be Continued untill the third Tuesday of March
then next following Att which said third Tuesday of March the afd
Edward Harris having appeared his Recognizance is discharged

    William Hemsley of Queen Anns County Gent at Queen Anns
County Court as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord propry
of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterl money of
Great Brittain to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors

    Conditionally that if the afd Edward Harris shall not make his psonall
appearance before the Justices of Kent County Court on the third Tuesday
of November next as afd and in the mean time to be of good behaviour.

    Att which said third Tuesday of November the afd Edward Harris
having appeared Ordered that the said William Hemsleys Recognizance be
Continued untill the third Tuesday of March next following
   
    Att which said third Tuesday of March being the twenty first Day of
said Month Anno Dom seventeen hundred twenty & six the afd Edward
Harris having appeared the said William Hemsleys Recognizance
is Discharged
