the afd James Watson, and now at this Court the ^s.d^ Zacharia Appears
and his said Recognizance is by the Justices here Discharged

    Order that Joseph Wright Recognizance as Evidence against the
said James Watson be Discharged

    Joseph Wright of Kent County Planter at June Court
last Did acknowledge himself Indebted unto the afd Lord prop.ry his
heirs &c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money to be leveyed of
his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he
should not appear personally at the then next Court to be held for the
same County to give Evidence for his siad Said Lordship against the
afd James Watson and now at this Court the said Joseph appears and
his said Recognizance is by the Justices here Discharged
 
   Order that George Greenwoods Recognizance as Evidence ag.st
the said James Watson be Discharged

    George Greenwood of Kent County planter at June Court last
Did acknowledge himself Indebted unto the afd Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a
in the sume of five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed of his goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Should not
appear personally at the then next Court to be held for the same County to
give Evidence for his said Lordship against the afd James Watson and
now at this Court the said George appears and his said Recognizance is
by the Justices here Discharged

    Order that Margaret Foreman of Kent County Spinster at June Court
last Did acknowledge herselfe Indebted unto the afd Lord prop.ry his heirs
&c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money to be Levey'd of her goods
and Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if She Should not
make her personall appearance at the then next Court to be held for the
same County as a prosecutor for his said Lordship against y.e afd James
Watson and now at this Court the said Margaret appears & her s.d Recognizance
is by the Justices here Discharged
