    The said Isaac Bewley in twenty pounds and the afd William Dykes
in ten pounds Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed
of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d
Lord propry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the
said Isaac Bewley shall not make his personall appearance before
this Court as a prosecutor for his Lordship against the afd Isabella
Cooke And now at this Day here to wit the twenty first Day of March
in the Year afd last mentioned the said Isabella ^Isaac^ having appeared the
said Isaac Bewley and William Dykes their Recognizances are disch
discharged

    Kent County fs.t / The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord propry that
now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that Isabella
Cook late of Saint pauls parish in the County afd the wife of Samuel Cook
of the same County Tailor the first Day of January Anno Dom seventeen
hundred twenty and six with force and Arms at the parish afd in the County
afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court One Linnen Apron of the value
of sixteen pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a Certain Isaac
Bewley then and there being found then and there feloniously did steal
take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the said Lord propry
that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the
Act of Assembly in such Case lately made and provided
Test Mary Bewly                                        T francis Cler. pac.

    On the back of the preceeding Indictment was Endorst as folls viz.t
                            True bill Samuel Groome fforeman

    And the afd Isabella Cook Comes into Court in her proper person
and saith that she is in no sort guilty of the premisses above upon her
Imposed as by the afd Indictment it is alledged and thereof she putteth herself
upon the Country
                                                                    Isabella Cooke in pa psona

    And he who followeth for the Lord propry in like manner saith she is
Guilty                                                                        T francis Cler. pac.

    Thereupon Command was given to the Sherr of Kent County that he
Imediately Cause to Come here twelve &c.a by whom &c.a who neither &c.a
