Isabella Cooke
M.r George Skirven and of the Justices of this
Court returns a Recognizance of Samuel Cooke
and Arthur Miller, for the appearance and good
behaviour of the said Isabella Cooke dated to this Court bearing date the
17.th December Anno Dom 1726 And now here at this Court the said
Isabella appearing Ordered that the said Samuel Cook and Arthur Miller
their Recogniz.ces be discharged

    The afd Samuel Cooke & Arthur Miller ^at^ the Day and Year afd ^before y.e afd Geo Skirven^ acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland
/ before M.r George Skirven afd / in the sum of that is to say the said Samuel
Cook in the sum of twenty pounds good and Lawfull Money of Great
Brittain and the said Arthur Miller in the sum of ten pounds Lawfully Money
as afd to be made and Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Isabella Cook should not make her personall appearance
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in Kent County afd on the third Tuesday of
March next to Answer unto such matters and things as shall be Objected
against her On Suspicion of Felony and if that in the mean time she shall
not be of good behaviour And now at this Day to wit the twenty first day
of March in the Year afd last mentioned the said Isabella having
appeared the said Samuel Cook and Arthur Miller their Recognizance
are Discharged

    M.r George Skirven afd Returns a Recognizance of Isaac Bewly
and William Dykes of said County and province for the said Isaac Bewleys
appearance to this Court as a prosecutor against the afd Isabella Cook
bearing Date the 17.th December Anno Dom 1726 And now here at this Court
the said Isaac Bewley having appeared Ordered that the said Isaac
Bewley & William Dykes their Recognizances be discharged

    The afd Isaac Bewley and William Dykes the Day and Year afd
before the afd George Skirven acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of / that is to say
