The afd James Watson haveing Entered into Recognizance at last June
Court for his appearance to this Court and now at this Court the said James
haveing appeared it is Ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys
Recognizance be Discharged

    James Watson of Kent County planter at the same time
afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
prop.ry of the Province of Maryland &c.a his heirs &c.a in the sum
of ten pounds Sterling money to be Levey'd of his Goods &c.a
Conditionally that if he should not appear psonally at the then
next ensueing Court to answer unto an Information found against
him for Assaulting Margaret Foreman and if that in y.e mean
time he should not be of good behaviour the said James appears
psonally & thereupon his said Recognizance is Discharged also

    John Austin & Thomas Gwin both of Kent Coty
planters at last June Court Did acknowledge themselves Indebted unto
his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this Province his heirs and Successors
in the sume of five pound Sterling Each to be made and Levey'd of
their goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if
James Watson should not make his personal appearance at the then
next Court to be held for said County to answer unto an Information
found against him the s.d James for assaulting Margaret Foreman &
if that in the mean time he should not be of good behaviour the s.d
James appears personally & thereupon John Austin & Tho.s Gwin and
Every of them are Discharged

    Order that Zacharia Macdaniels Recogniz.c as Evidence against the
said James Watson be Discharged

    Zacharia Macdaniel of Kent County Planter at June Court
last Did acknowledge himself Indebted unto the afd Lord prop.ry his
heirs and Successors in the sume of five pounds Sterl money to be
levey'd of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that ^if^ he Should not appear personally at the then next Court to be
