The Grand Jury for this Court are Discharged and allowed for hundred pounds of Tobacco to be paid them at Francis Lewis's John Wilson of Kent County Innholder Comes into Court and assumes to pay all the fees that hath accrued on the Recogniz.c his Lordship against Fra.s Pool and thereupon the s.d Fra.s Pool is therefrom acquitted
Robert Linch of Kent County planter on this Sixteenth Day of Novemb.r as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance the Complaint of Daniel Pearkins and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now At this Seventeenth Day of November Anno Dom. 1726 y.e said Robert haveing appeared his Recogniz.c is Discharged Thomas Mahawn of Kent County planter on y.e Sixteenth Day of Nov.r as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Robert Linch Should not make his personal appearance before y.e Justices of this Court at this Day to |
