    Ordered by the Court here that a Warrant be Issued against Robert
Linch to appear Immediatly before the Court to Answer the Complaint of
Daniel Pearkins which is accordingly Issued and the s.d Robert Linch
appears and Martha Lewis being Sworn Concerning s.d Complaint
It is ordered by the Same Court that the afd Robert Linch Enter into
Recogniz.c with Good Security for his appearance at this Court to
Morrow to Answer the afd Complaint and Good Behaviour and that y.e
Sherf of Kent Co.ty keep him y.e s.d Rob.t in Safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    Thereupon Robert Linch of Kent County planter and present here
in Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds
Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his Goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and
Successors Conditionally that if he the same Robert S^h^all not make
his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any
time to Morrow to Answer the Complaint of Dan.l Pearkins to
and ^if y.t^ in the mean time ^he Shall not^ be of good Behaviour wherewith the
said Robert Linch Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content

    Thomas Mahawn of Kent County planter and present herein
Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds
