of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Money
of Great Brittain to be leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally that if he should not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of this Court as a prosecutor for his
Lordship against the afd Francis Pool And now at this Court to wit the
fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and
six the said John appearing his Recognizance is discharged

    There being a Recognizance transmitted from Queen Anns County
against Edward Harris for his appearance at this County Court to answer unto
what shall be Objected against him for Committing divers Extortions in his
Office of Clerk of Nisi prius the said Edward Harris appearing his Recog.ce
and Suretys Recognizance is Continued untill next March Court

    The Court adjourns till to Morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock
