 M.r ^Abram Redgrave & M.r^George Skirven two of the Justices of this Court
Returns a Recognizance of Richard Davis for the
said Rebeckas appearance and good behaviour
to this Court bearing Date the 10.th Day of October
Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty & Six And now here at this Court the
said Rebecka appearing Ordered that the said Richard Davis his Recognizance
be discharged

    The afd Richard Davis at the same Day and Year afd before the afores.d
^Abram Redgrave &^ George Skirven acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this
province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl Money of great Brittain
to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally
that if the afd Rebecka ^Jones^ should not make her personall appearance at this Court
to Answer unto what sh^o^uld be objected against her on his Lordships behalf on
Suspicion of Felony and in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now
at this Day to wit the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred
twenty and six the said Rebecka having appeared ordered the said Rich.d Davis
his Recognizance is discharged                                            also

    M.r George Skirven one of the Justices aforementioned Returns a Recogn.c
of John Jones for his appearance to this Court as an Evidence for his Lopp.d
against the afd Rebecca Jones bearing date the Seventh Day of October
Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty & Six And now here at this Court
the said John appearing Ordered that his Recognizance be discharged
The afd John Jones of s.d County and province Labourer on the Day and
year afd before the afd George Skirven acknowledged himself Indebted unto
the Lord Prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds
sterl Money of great Brittain to be Levyed on his goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if he shall not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of this Court to give Evidence for his Lordpp
against the afd Rebecca Jones And now at this Court here ^to wit^ the fifteenth Day
of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and six the said John
having appeared his said Recognizance is discharged                            also
