Severall goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said
Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Thomas
Jones shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the
next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester
in the same County on the third Tuesday of March next ensueing to answer
unto an Indictment found against him for felony and if that in the mean
time he the same Thomas shall not be of good behaviour wherewith the
same John Meccay and Nicholas Renolds are Content

Nicholas Neale
M.r William Frisby one of the Justices of this County
of Kent returns a Recognizance to to this Court Dated
the 8.th Day of September Anno Dom. 1726 against
the afd Nicholas Neale for his appearance at this Court to answer the Complaint
of Anne Fennen and in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now at
this Court the said Nicholas appearing ordered that his Recognizance and
his Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    Nicholas Neale of Kent County at the Day and year afd before the afd
William Frisby acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money
of Great Brittain to be Levyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts
Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before
the Justices of our then next Court to be held for our said County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in Kent County to Answer unto the Complaint
of Anne Fenner and if that in the mean time he should not be of good
behaviour And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of November
Anno Dom. seventeen  hundred twenty and Six the said Nicholas having
appeared his said Recognizance is Discharged                            also

    John Rawlinson and William Rearadin both of Kent County
planters before W.m Frisby as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl
Money of great Brittain Each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if the afd Nicholas Neale should
not make his personall appearance at the then next Court to be held for s.d
County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County to
