appeared his said Recognizance is discharged                                            also

    John Walls and John Maccay both of Kent County planters at last
Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the sum of fifteen pounds Sterling Money
of Great Brittain each to be Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands &
Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Thomas Jones should not make
his personall appearance at the then next Court to be held for said County
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Kent County to Answer unto
an Indictm.t found against him for felony and that if in the mean
Time the afd Thomas Jones should not be of good behaviour
And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of November Anno
Dom. seventeen hundred twenty & Six the afd Thomas having appeared
the af John Walls and John Maccay their Recognizances and
Either of them is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Jones Enter into
Recognizance with good Security for his appearance at next Court to Answer
unto an Indictment found against him for felony and good behaviour
And thereupon Thomas Jones of Kent County planter present here in
Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the sum of thirty pounds Sterl Money of great Brittain to be made
and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the
use of the said Lord Prop.ry heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the same Thomas shall not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of the next March Court to be held for the County afd
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third
Tuesday of March next ensueing to Answer unto an Indictment found
against him for felony and if that in the mean time he shall not be
of good behaviour wherewith the said Thomas doth acknowledge himself
to be Content                                        also
