Negroe Will
William Haggathy having Entered into
Recognizance ^at^ last August Court for the said
Negroe Wills appearance at this Court to
Answer unto what should be Objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and good behaviour And now at this Court the said Negroe Will
appearing Order that the said William Haggathys Recognizance be
discharged

    William Haggathy of Kent County Gentl at last Court as afd acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord proprietary of this province of
Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally
that if the afd Negroe Will should not make his personal appearance
at the then next Court to be held for said County at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in Kent County to Answer unto what shall be
Objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean
time he should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court to wit
the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty &
Six the afd Negroe Will having appeared and the afd W.m Haggathys
Recognizance is Discharged

The said Thomas having Entered into Recog.ce
at last ^Aug.st^ Court for his appearance to this Court to
answer to an Indictment found against him
for felony and in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now at this
Court the said Thomas appearing Order that his Recognizance and his
Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    Thomas Jones of Kent County planter at the Last Court as afd acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed
On his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if he
should not make his personall appearance before out said Justices at our
then next Court to be held for our said County at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in Kent County to answer unto an Indictment found against
him for fellony and if that in the mean time he should not be of good
behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the fifteenth Day of Nov.r
Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and Six the said Thomas having
