one hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco for his attendance afd according
to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided

    William Hall Comes into Court upon his Corporall oath to him adminestred
on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God proves that he hath attended this
Court for the space of two Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against
the afd Dominick Kenslaugh being thereto Lawfully Sumoned
Whereupon the said Dominick is ordered to pay unto the afd William
the sum of Sixty pounds of Tobacco for his Attendance afd according to
Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherrf of Kent County keep him the
said Dominick Kenslaugh in safe Custody untill he shall Satisfye the
ffees in the Judgment afd Specefied

John Austin of Kent County planter having
Entered into Recognizance at last Court for the said
Elizabeth Clarks appearance at this Court to answer
into an Indictment for fornication and good behaviour And now at
this Court the said Elizabeth appearing Ordered that the said John Austins
Recognizance be discharged

    John Austin of Kent County planter at last Court as afd acknowledged
themselves himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain
to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements conditionally
that if the afd Elizabeth Clark should not make her personall
appearance at the then next Court to be held for said County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in Kent County to answer unto an Indictm.t
found against her for fornication and if that in the mean time she
should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth
Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and Six the
afd Elizabeth Clark having appeared the afd John Austins Recog.ce
is Discharged

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now
is for Kent County afd upon their oath do present that Elizabeth Clark
late of Shrewsbury parish in the County afd Spinster the first Day of October
Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and five at Shrewsbury parish
